WOOD: (raisin essence: SPRUCE “picea abies”)
Solid wood:
- 8 cm thick- in red 60-70 Euro/square meter
or half-finished 170 Euro/square meter
- 7 cm nut-feder 200 Euro/square meter
- 10 cm .... traditional –120 Euro/square meter – in red
or 280 Euro- half-finished
Wooden structure:
- 60-80 Euro/square meter-in red
or 180 Euro-half finished
IN RED:
- the building of the interior and exterior walls
- material, planning of wood
- plain interior stairs
- 3 cm floor with false joinery, strength beams
- transport within our county, assembly
HALF-FINISHED:
- doors and windows
- interior insulation mineral wool, panels or wallboards;
- exterior protective lacquer for chalets, or polystyrene, skim or paint
- the roof with STEEL TILE
- transport, assembly
WE EXERCISE OTHER WORKS TOO:
- terraces, balconies - materials and workmanship 30-60 euro / sqm
- roofs: 9-15 euro / sqm, depending on plan difficulty, customer equipment, work at height.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Prices are indicative taking into account the particularities of each building plan.
FOUNDATION, GRAY, FACILITIES ARE EXCLUDED.
INSTALLATION OF FACILITIES: WATER, ELECTRIC, SEWERAGE,
SEPARATE TAX, OR YOU DO WITH AN OTHER COMPANY.
In red:
- 40% in advance, when the contract is signed
- 20% when the materials are delivered
- 20% when the job is half-done
- 20% at THE MOUNTING OF ROOF PILLARS
Half-finished:
- 60% in advance
